@totalninjauk British Ninja Coach, Competitor and Movement Artist @hunterasintohunt from Manchester visits Basel and stops at ninja powerhouse @Overgroundbasel to run his second IXGL course.

Just like in his first course run in Manchester his strategy was to run a clean course with no Fails to score the maximum XPs. His strategy might pay off really well in the overall Leaderboard when his group will finish competing.

If you can make it to Overground this weekend you can run the IXGL course and be ranked in the international Leaderboard.

Ninjas practicing the skills to successfully execute the Captain Hook obstacle designed collaboratively by @the_axe_ninja and @mr_symmetry_ninja This obstacle will be part of our next competition in two weeks at @windy_city_ninjas_chicago

In this practice videos Drew, Sean, Marty, Chase, and Cornel run with the rope to catch the ring that needs to be hopped onto an upside down hook after which they need to time the release that will allow a single swing to build the momentum to the next and last ring to succesfully execute this technical obstacle.

IXGL innovative format allows and encourages athletes to practice on each obstacle of the course ahead of time so they can be prepared to perform at their best on the competition day. If you'd like to be part of our Pilot season DM us for more info.
